Children exposed to violence, neglect, drugs or serious mental health concerns, may require urgent custody orders placing the child in the day to day care of a safe parent.
The court may require the other parent’s contact with the children to be supervised until safety concerns are addressed.
These matters require precise preparation and persuasive evidence.
